Flowers, orders of service and catering

Organising your own funeral or memorial service - flowers, orders of service and catering

If you have visited a funeral director, or have had a meeting with a funeral arranger, they may well have offered guidance regarding sourcing of flowers and orders of service.  However, if you are organising a memorial service, you may not be working with a funeral director, or you may just prefer to make your own arrangements for these third party costs.

Similarly, many wake venues provide catering but, if you are holding your gathering at home or in a village hall, you may appreciate the services of a catering company which provides finger food to make your life a little easier.

For those looking to make their own arrangements, the following suggestions may be useful.

Flowers

Donna Kinsella-Bosley, of  Flower and Green Floral Design, is based in Welwyn. She offers a flexible, bespoke service tailored to the wishes of each client whether this be for a traditional, natural or personalised arrangement.
